- Soak the lentils in boiling water for at least 3 hours. Discard the soaking water and make 3 changes. Drain the lentils. In a pan, sauté the chopped onion in oil until golden. Add the lentils and let it cook for a while. Add turmeric and salt. Add water little by little, cooking the lentil until it is ready (cooked, but firm).

Add the breadcrumbs, until you get the point.
- Prepare the hamburgers using proper form. Pack one by one and store in the freezer.
- For consumption, remove each unit from the freezer and heat immediately in a hamburger (with preheated oil) or in a conventional oven (use parchment paper and a drizzle of oil).
