- Almond flour1 cup
- Coarse flaked oats1 cup
- Cinnamon powder1 tablespoon
- Xylitol2 tablespoon
- Ripe bananas5 unit(s)
- Whole eggs5 unit(s)
- Coconut oil100 ml
- Sliced banana2 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Mix all the dry ingredients except the yeast and set aside.
- Blend the ripe bananas, eggs and coconut oil in a blender.
- Pour the cream that formed in the blender into the dry ingredients and finally put the yeast mixing very lightly.
- In a melted form 2 tablespoons of xylitol add a little water. Place the bananas on the bottom and pour the pie dough over them.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200º for 35 minutes.
