- Almond flour150 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Filtered water3 tablespoon
- Chemical Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Blend the ingredients except for the yeast in a blender. Add the chemical baking powder and mix gently to incorporate. Arrange the mixture in a rectangular shape with non-stick and greased with olive oil, those of English cake. Bake the bread at 200ºC for 25 minutes or until golden, do the toothpick test in the middle of the bread, if it comes out dry it's ready! Coach Tips: This bread looks great just the way it is. But if you want to increase it, you can put sesame seeds and oregano on top, or chestnuts or put chia or flax seeds together in the dough. Put cubes of cheese or ham (but the validity goes to 1 day).
