- Chickpea Flour1/2 cup
- Coconut milk1/4 cup
- Grated Parmesan Cheese4 tablespoon
- Nutritional Yeast (optional)1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- White Sesame4 tablespoon
- Sunflower seed2 tablespoon
- Xanthan Gum1 coffee spoon
- Pink salt1 coffee spoon
- Yeast powder1 dessert spoon
- Dried herbs2 teaspoon
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, except for the seeds and herbs, and the yeast.
- After reaching a smooth dough, transfer to a bowl, add the seeds and herbs and the yeast. Gently mix with a spatula.
- Place in a bread mold, greased with coconut oil, or in individual molds if you prefer. Bake in oven at 200 degrees for 30 min.
