- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, cream and water in the blender and beat for 10 minutes. Add the flour, oregano and salt and beat for another two minutes. Finally add the Parmesan and the yeast, mix lightly. Pour in a greased shape, sprinkle grated cheese on top if you wish and take it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 10 mixed. After the bread has risen, bake for another 25 minutes at 140 degrees.
