- thin sausage (cut in half moon)1 unit(s)
- chopped red onion1 unit(s)
- butter1 tablespoon
- salt1 to taste
- almond or oat flour4 tablespoon
- Coarsely chopped cashews15 unit(s)
- Wash and dry the broccoli bunches well. In a food processor or blender, grind the broccoli (raw) until they are in very small pieces.
- If you prefer, chop with the same knife or grate in the cheese grater. In a pan, heat the butter with the wet seasoning, and add the chopped sausage.
- Add the chopped onion, and sauté until it is translucent and the sausage is well fried. Add the crushed broccoli and stir until cooked through, but al dente. Then add the flour, mix well, and leave for another 1 minute.
- Adjust the salt and serve with the chopped chestnuts. Once ready, you can freeze them in individual portions, to facilitate the routine for the next few weeks.
