- 2 tablespoons butter (plus more for greasing) ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika 1 pinch hot paprika 1 pinch cumin 1 pinch turmeric powder 3 tablespoons almond flour 2 tablespoons bran of amaranth 1 tablespoon (soup) of golden flaxseed flourSalt2 cloves of garlic, crushed or squeezedLeaves of 1 bunch of cabbage without the stalks, thinly sliced 3 eggs1 to taste
- Heat half the butter in a nonstick skillet, add the powdered seasonings and mix. Add the flours and 1 pinch of salt and stir for less than 2 minutes. Transfer to another container to stop the cooking and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the rest of the butter and sauté the garlic until golden. Add the kale, 1 pinch of salt and sauté for less than 1 minute so you don't over-dry it.
- Reserve along with the flour mix. Still in the same buttered skillet, break the eggs, add 1 pinch of salt and stir in a circular motion to make scrambled eggs. Combine all the preparations in the skillet and turn off the heat. Mix everything with the help of 2 forks to incorporate the cabbage well. ready to serve
