- Raw Cashew Nuts100 g
- Coconut Milk200 ml
- Erythritol60 g
- Water50 ml
- Grated Coconut30 g
- Sour Cream100 g
- Cloves to taste
- Cinnamon Powder to taste
- Soak the chestnuts in filtered water for 8 hours.
- Drain the water and wash them well. Roughly chop the chestnuts until they are the size of the corn kernels of traditional hominy. Mix all ingredients in a pan and bring to a boil. After starting to boil, leave for approximately 5 minutes or until it reaches the desired consistency. Serve hot or cold. Sprinkle with ground cinnamon if desired.
