- Chocolate 70%500 g
- Temper the chocolate (melt 400g, freeze 100g and then add the frozen chocolate to the melt, stirring constantly)
- In a pan, place the milk cream together with the whey and xylitol and take it to the fire until it gains an amber color.
- Apply the chocolate in candy molds and let it dry (you can take it to the fridge if it's too hot), fill it with the dulce de leche and cover with more chocolate, let it dry until the shape is matte, then unmold
