- Peanut flour8 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder3 tablespoon
- Egg4 unit(s)
- Erythritol4 tablespoon
- Butter at room temperature4 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Mix the eggs and butter with a fork or whisk until foamy.
- Add the other ingredients (except the yeast) and mix.
- Put the yeast and stir. Put it in a silicone mold (or greased form) and take it to the oven for approximately 30 minutes. Check it out every now and then to see if it's ok! Voila!
