- Chocolate 70%100 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sweetener to taste
- In a stand mixer, or with an electric or wire whisk, beat the egg whites until they form peaks. Reserve.
- Inside a pan, place the coconut milk and the yolks without the film. Place over low heat and mix with a wire whisk until smooth.
- Then add the chocolate and mix quickly until the chocolate is completely melted. Gradually add the chocolate mixture with the whites, always mixing gently.
- Transfer to a large container, or to a few glasses. Place in the fridge and let chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
