- 70% cocoa chocolate300 g
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Sour cream1/2 can(s)
- Liqueur of your choice20 ml
- Vanilla Extract to taste
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave with the coconut oil. Once melted, add the yolks.
- Then add the cream, vanilla extract and liqueur to the mixture.
- Beat the egg whites.
- Mix the chocolate cream with the snow whites and refrigerate until firm.
