- Almond flour1/4 cup
- Coconut Flour1/2 cup
- Shredded Coconut1/2 cup
- Plain yogurt1.5 cup
- Culinary sweetener1/2 cup
- Flaked almonds2 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Essence1 coffee spoon
- With a wire whisk, beat the eggs, melted butter, vanilla essence and culinary sweetener.
- Add the almond flour, coconut flour and grated coconut. Mix well.
- Add the natural yogurt, the almonds and lastly the yeast. Mix well and pour the dough into a greased and floured form.
- Take to preheated oven for about 40 minutes, at 200°.
- Tip: serve with a low-carb dulce de leche!
