- Flaxseed Flour3 cup
- Chop the chicken and blend in the food processor along with the salt, oil, onion and seasonings. Add the oil slowly, we cannot exaggerate because the dough should be ready to mold and not too soft. If you choose to make it in the blender, hit it calmly so it doesn't burn.
- Grease your hands and shape the chicken dough with your hands. On a plate, lightly beat the egg, and in another container, add the flaxseed flour with the grated cheese. Pass the already molded nuggets in the egg, without leaving it too soggy and then pass in the flour-cheese mixture. Here I used two types of flour, golden flaxseed and brown flaxseed.
- Grease a baking sheet well with butter or line it with parchment paper, distribute the nuggets. Do this with all the dough and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25-35 minutes.
- Then leave another 5 minutes on the grill option to get very crispy. If you don't have this option, you can brown them in a frying pan or just eat them roasted.
