- Coconut Flour2 tablespoon
- Filtered water1 dessert spoon
- Apple Cider Vinegar1 teaspoon
- Coconut oil or olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Pinch of Salt to taste
- Sesame to taste
- Combine all ingredients and mix well with a fork. Place in a small dish and microwave on high power for about 2 minutes. Or place over low heat in a small greased skillet, let brown on one side and turn. Then put stuffing of your preference, take it to the sandwich maker to finish and get toasted.
