  • unsalted butter2 tablespoon
  • Lemon zest to taste
  • Xylitol2 tablespoon

  • Sour cream200 ml
  • Xylitol4 tablespoon
  • Vanilla to taste
  • Gelatin powder moisturize1/2 unit(s)
  • 70% chocolate ganache100 g
  • Sour cream180 g
  • Xylitol1 tablespoon
  1. Pasta In a bowl, mix the almond flour, lemon zest, 2 tbsp xylitol and the butter.
  2. Bake in a removable pan for 10 minutes on low heat.
  3. Cream Beat all the ingredients of the cream in a mixer for 2 to 3 minutes and then add the gelatin.
  4. After the dough has cooled, add the whipped cream.
  5. ganache Melt the chocolate with the cream and put 1 spoon of xylitol
  6. Wait for the cream to cool and put the ganache on top of the cream.
  7. Place in the fridge for about 2 hours
