- Lemon zest to taste
- Xylitol2 tablespoon

- Sour cream200 ml
- Xylitol4 tablespoon
- Vanilla to taste
- Gelatin powder moisturize1/2 unit(s)
- 70% chocolate ganache100 g
- Sour cream180 g
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Pasta In a bowl, mix the almond flour, lemon zest, 2 tbsp xylitol and the butter.
- Bake in a removable pan for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Cream Beat all the ingredients of the cream in a mixer for 2 to 3 minutes and then add the gelatin.
- After the dough has cooled, add the whipped cream.
- ganache Melt the chocolate with the cream and put 1 spoon of xylitol
- Wait for the cream to cool and put the ganache on top of the cream.
- Place in the fridge for about 2 hours
