- Mozzarella cheese100 g
- Steam the chayote, then hit the blender.
- In a skillet, fry the bacon and pepperoni. Then add the onion and garlic until golden.
- Mix the beaten chayote with the bacon, pepperoni, onion and garlic. Add water until it has a soup-like consistency. Put the ground pepper. Let it boil for about 5 minutes and then add the garlic and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Place on a platter and cover with the mozzarella cheese and bake until golden brown.
