- Salt to taste
- Take the cauliflower and chop it into smaller pieces. Take the green branches out of it. Bring to a boil, just in water. IMPORTANT: Fill the pan halfway with water, do not cover all the cauliflower with water in the pan, otherwise it will be watery. Bring to a boil with the lid closed.
- While cooking, chop the sausage and bacon and fry.
- While frying, chop the onion, garlic and kale.
- Take the chopped onion and garlic to the sausage and bacon pan and let it fry a little longer.
- To make the cauliflower cream, I used the Mixer, but you can use a blender. Process everything until it becomes a cream.
- Mix the sausages and bacon already fried with the cream and mix.
- Take the cabbage to the miner to the mixture and stir. Hit the salt.
- Ready!!! A delight!
