- Almond flour1 cup
- Coconut Flour1 cup
- Skimmed yogurt4 tablespoon
- Coconut oil8 tablespoon
- Whole milk powder1 cup
- Xylitol1/4 cup
- Unflavored gelatin12 g
- Lemon juice3 unit(s)
- Water1 cup
- Mix the flours with the yogurt and the oil until it forms a crumb.
- In a shape with removable bottom, place the dough on the bottom and sides.
- Make holes with the help of a fork and bake for 10 min in a preheated oven at 200º and set aside.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Place the gelatin, xylitol and powdered milk in a blender. Beat for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add the lemon juice, beat some more.
- Pour the mixture into the dough and take it to the fridge for 1 hour and it's ready to serve.
