- Chicken thighs and drumsticks400 g
- Potato300 g
- Okra250 g
- Tomatoes200 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Herb salt to taste
- Sweet paprika to taste
- Green smell to taste

- Chopped Garlic2 tablespoon
- Tomato sauce3 tablespoon
- Chili Pepper to taste
- I seasoned the chicken with salt and pepper, in a pan with olive oil I browned the chicken on both sides, added chopped garlic, chopped onion, sautéed well, added the tomato sauce, water and cooked for 30 minutes, finished with green smell.
- I peeled the potatoes and chopped them, cooked them with water and salt until they were very soft, drained the water and mashed the potatoes, added olive oil and a spoonful of natural yogurt, finished the puree with fried garlic.
- I cut the tomatoes into slices, added some onion rings, mixed linseed and green smell, seasoned with lemon, salt and olive oil.
- I washed the okra, dried them all with paper towels and cut them in half, in a frying pan with olive oil I added the okra, over low heat I sautéed the okra without stirring too much so as not to release drool, seasoned with salt and pepper.
