- Skimmed milk1 tablespoon
- Yeast1 teaspoon
- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Strawberries to taste
- Mash the banana completely and set aside.
- In a mug or small glass pot add the egg and milk, beat well.
- Add the flour and oats and mix.
- Add the yeast and mix with light movements.
- Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds on full power. If necessary, leave for another 30 seconds. Do not exceed 2 min.
- Unmold carefully so you don't burn yourself! Garnish with cinnamon and chopped strawberries.
- It is a delight to accompany a fresh coffee in the morning or in the afternoon.
