- cauliflower1/2 unit(s)
- grated mozzarella100 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Salt, oregano and pepper to taste
- Steam the cauliflower.
- Once cooked, transfer to a dish towel to drain excess water.
- Then, grind the cauliflower in a food processor.
- Add the salt, seasonings, mozzarella cheese and eggs and beat some more.
- Roll out the dough into a greased pizza pan. Pierce the dough with a fork in several places.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C until golden.
- Then spread the filling of your choice and take it to the oven for another 15 minutes.
