- Cooked and shredded chicken breast150 g
- Parmesan cheese3 tablespoon
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Yeast2 teaspoon
- Cook the chicken. Meanwhile, put the eggs in a blender with the salt until they double in volume.
- Shred the chicken and add to the blender, along with the xylitol and Parmesan cheese. Let it hit right. Add the yeast and beat again.
- Put the dough in individual silicone molds (here yielded 8!).
- Bake in a very hot oven for approximately 20 minutes (but keep an eye out!)
- In the last photo there's a snack suggestion: I filled the bun with strawberry jam (low carb, of course!) And it was delicious!!! Bring it on!
