- Zaya flour1 cup
- Unflavored Coconut Oil1 cup
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Yeast1/2 coffee spoon
- Chocolate whey protein1 cup
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a bain-marie
- Mix dry ingredients in mixer
- Add eggs and vanilla extract to the mixer and mix well.
- After melting the chocolate, add the other mixture and mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Place parchment paper on small baking sheet and pour brownie dough onto parchment paper.
- Bake for 17 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C
