- Recipe
- Cooked grain quinoa mix1 cup
- Homemade Shrimp Stock1/3 cup
- Shrimp peeled and cleaned1 cup
- Sliced Squid3/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 teaspoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Chopped Green Spice to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- In a pan heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic. Add the shrimp broth, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the squid, then the shrimp 3 last the quinoa. When the seafood is cooked finish with the green seasoning and turn off the heat.
