- Season the shrimp with salt, lemon and black pepper.
- Cook the chayote in water and salt. Once cooked, hit the blender.
- In a pan, brown the onion and garlic in the oil. Add the finely chopped tomato (skinless and seedless, paprika, paprika and saffron.
- In a skillet, put oil to quickly fry the shrimp.
