- Skimmed milk1/2 cup
- Oat flakes1/2 cup
- Almond flour1/2 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Baking powder1 coffee spoon
- Lemonpepper or turmeric to taste
- Shredded and seasoned chicken breast100 g
- Light cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Mix the curd with the cooked and seasoned chicken breast to taste and set aside.
- Blend all other ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Grease the cupcake molds with a little oil and place half of the dough. Add the stuffing and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden.
