- Sweet olive oil3 tablespoon
- Mozzarella for gratin200 g
- In a pan, sauté the oil, onion, garlic and chicken.
- Add salt and black pepper, add the tomatoes, carrots and let it settle.
- In the food processor, beat the cauliflower, eggs, cream cheese, salt and flour, a little black pepper, nutmeg.
- Once beaten, add the stuffing to the dough.
- Grease a baking sheet with oil and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 30 minutes.
