- Butter (or ghee or coconut)50 g
- Almond flour1 cup
- Oat flour1/2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Ice water if necessary to set the point0 to taste
- In a bowl, mix your dry hands with the butter until you get a thick crumb.
- Add the egg and incorporate, give the point with ice water.
- The dough has to be uniform and not crumbly.
- Open on a silicone mat or easy baking paper (DOVER).
- Cut out the cutouts with a knife or pizza slice.
- Bake in a hot oven at 200° for approximately 14 minutes, or until golden.
