- Tapioca Gum2 tablespoon
- Black sesame1 teaspoon
- Shredded and seasoned meat1/3 cup
- shredded mozzarella cheese1/4 cup
- Sea salt to taste
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Small cherry tomato6 unit(s)
- Wooden toothpick6 unit(s)
- Prepare the dough by beating the eggs with the tapioca starch, sesame seeds and salt. Bake in a non-stick skillet greased with oil.
- Stuff the dough with the cheese and shredded meat and roll it up like a pancake.
- Stick the toothpicks to hold and mark the distance of each roll.
- Cut the rolls with a knife, stick a cherry tomato on each toothpick and serve immediately.
