- Boiled and squeezed cassava500 g
- Butter100 g
- Sugar100 g
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Dry yeast or 60 grams of fresh yeast20 g
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Water to set the dough Approx 300 ml300 ml
- In a refractory, place the flour, yeast and sugar and mix well if the fresh yeast dissolves it in a little liquid from the recipe then open a well in the middle of the flour and place the eggs, salt and butter and stir well and whisk and adding the water little by little until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Transfer to a bench and knead for at least 15 minutes tearing the dough and let it rest for 45 minutes then model as you wish.
- Place in a greased and infarinhada shape and let it rise again until it doubles in volume, brush 1 whole egg + 2 tablespoons of milk if it is a preheated 200° for 35 minutes or until golden.
- This bread is very soft and I'm delicious.
