- In a pressure cooker with water put the mandioquinha, can be peeled or not. cook with salt
- Once cooked, mash them with a fork or potato masher.
- In a pan, place butter, curd cheese and the mashed manioc, stir well, add a cup of milk or if you have lactose allergy, use the cooking water, if necessary, add milk.
- Let it cook for five to seven minutes and serve this delight.
