- Ground beef400 g
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Sweet paprika1 dessert spoon
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Ham slice2 unit(s)
- Mozzarella cheese slice3 unit(s)
- Season the meat with garlic, onion, paprika, pepper and salt, mix until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Stretch the dough on top of a plastic until it is in the shape of a rectangle and in a thickness of about 2 cm.
- Place the ham, cheese and parsley on top of the meat and roll it up like a rocambole.
- Close the ends tightly so that the stuffing does not escape.
- Line the Airfryer with a piece of aluminum foil and place the meat roulade to bake for about 30 minutes at 200ÂșC.
- When it's golden, it's ready!
