- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Mix all the ingredients in a microwaveable pot (I used a mixer to mix).
- Put it in the pot and take it to the microwave for 2 and a half minutes on high power.
- Unmold, cut in half, fill to taste and toast in the skillet. Ready! 😋
