- Lactose-free skimmed milk250 g
- Ice200 g
- Place ice and milk in a blender and blend.
- As the ice beats and becomes creamy, gradually add the Nutríssima paste.
- Decorate a tall glass with the paste.
- After the mixture of ice, milk and Nutrissima reaches the milkshake point (you may need to stop the blender and stir with a spoon at intervals, don't give up), serve in the decorated glass.
