- Sliced heart of palm1 cup
- Coarse grated cheese (use the one you prefer) you can mix several too1 cup
- Almond flour (you can replace it with other oilseeds of your choice)2 tablespoon
- Eggs (separate the yolks)3 unit(s)
- Pinch of grated nutmeg1 to taste
- Salt salt to taste test before because of the salt in the cheeses1 to taste
- Sour cream1 cup
- Whip the egg whites. Turn the oven to the highest temperature. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Add the snow whites and avoid moving too much.
- Place in silicone molds (or metal, if you have one, smearing with oil) Change the oven temperature to 180° and take the souffle to Bake until golden on top.
