Eggplant

Corte as beringelas  em rodelas e deixe de molho na água 

Cut the aubergines into slices and let them soak in water.

Retire seque bem e tempere com sal e pimenta do reino 

Remove, dry well and season with salt and pepper.

Coloque o queijo em cima e os tomatinhos e leve ao forno ou air fryer até que o queijo derreta 

Place the cheese on top and the tomatoes and bake in the oven or air fryer until the cheese melts.

Finalize com manjericão fresco e pode servir 

Finish with fresh basil and you can serve
