- Cherry tomato100 g
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Basil to taste
- Cut the aubergines into slices and let them soak in water.
- Remove, dry well and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the cheese on top and the tomatoes and bake in the oven or air fryer until the cheese melts.
- Finish with fresh basil and you can serve
