- Ground beef500 g
- Cooked White Quinoa Grains1/2 cup
- Ground onion1/4 cup
- Minced garlic1 dessert spoon
- Sweet paprika1 teaspoon
- Chopped Mint1 dessert spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Chopped seedless tomato1/4 cup
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Shape the kibes and place on a non-stick baking sheet greased with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
