- Fresh chopped mushrooms of your choice1 cup
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Ghee Butter1 dessert spoon
- Green Spice1 teaspoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Cut the peppers in half and remove all the pulp, set aside.
- In a non-stick skillet, heat the butter and brown the onion.
- Add the mushrooms and sauté quickly. Season with salt and pepper. Finish with the green seasoning.
- Stuff the peppers with the mushroom sautĂ©, cover with the grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for 7 minutes or until the cheese is well browned.
