- Peel the pumpkin, cut them and heat in a pan with oil and crushed garlic, add salt and let it cook on low heat, if necessary add 1/4 cup of water.
- Buy raw peas, soak for at least 4 hours, then cook in a pressure cooker with water and salt, until pressure is reached. Add water, just to cover the grain.
- Wash the cabbage and sauté in olive oil and add salt to taste. In a frying pan, put oil and eggs, mix until ready. Help yourself to this complete dish, rich in protein, fiber and good carbohydrates.
