- Oat flakes03 tablespoon
- Apple cut into cubes01 unit(s)
- Pear, diced01 unit(s)
- Prune50 g
- Mix all the ingredients and cover with milk (your preference). I always do it at night to use the next day, okay? Place in a covered container in the fridge to hydrate.
- The next day, if necessary, add a little more milk, and then mix it with natural yogurt or 170 grams of full-fat yogurt.
- Place in individual clear bowls or a single bowl, top with a layer of yogurt. Garnish with fresh and dried fruits and coconut chips (see photo)
