- Warm water1/2 cup

- Olive oil50 ml
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Oat flakes60 g
- Coarse flaked oats60 g
- Sweet sprinkle60 g
- Wholemeal flour until set to taste
- Xanthan Gum1 tablespoon
- Mix the water, yeast and sugar and let it ferment for 15 minutes.
- Mix the rest of the ingredients
- Let the dough rest for approximately 35 minutes or until doubled in size.
- Put in greased form
- sprinkle oats
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for approximately 40 minutes.
