- Oat flakes1 cup
- molasses1 cup
- Flaxseed Flour1 tablespoon
- Chemical Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Place all ingredients in a blender, except for the yeast, and blend until smooth. If you are using oatmeal, you can mix all the ingredients by hand. Add the yeast last and mix gently. Heat a nonstick skillet over low heat. Spread some of the dough and cover to muffle and start baking the other side. Make sure it's cooked through and turn to cook the other side until golden brown. Cover again to muffle Repeat the process until the dough is finished.
