- Oil for greasing1 to taste
- Start by beating the egg for a few seconds.
- Then add the oats and salt, mixing everything very well.
- In a frying pan, add a little oil, spreading and removing the excess with a paper napkin.
- After heating the skillet over low heat, pour the mixture and cover to cook the bun.
- After about 2 minutes, turn the dough over, cover the pan and let it cook for another 2 minutes.
