- White Rice1 cup
- hot water2 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Put only the White Rice in a pan.
- Turn on the fire at low temperature.
- Stir the rice non-stop until all the grains are toasted, it will have a Matte White color.
- After the beans are toasted, add the hot water little by little, being careful not to burn yourself.
- Stir the rice and hot water well.
- Add a level teaspoon of salt and stir.
- When the water dries, check the grains of rice depending on the brand of rice, some will need to add more water for perfect cooking.
- I cooked the rice with a pan WITHOUT the lid, then I covered the pan.
