- Beat the eggs with the salt and chemical yeast. In a greased medium skillet, make 4 discs/omelets. Brown on both sides. Roll up as soon as you remove it from the fridge. With the 4 ready. Cut into thin strips and add your favorite sauce. This one was made with just olive oil, chimichurri and grated parmesan. But it looks great with tomato sauce, pesto sauce, bolognese or whatever your imagination allows. It is light and very tasty.
