- Shredded Mozzarella100 g
- Grated Ham100 g
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Chopped parsley2 tablespoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Cottage cheese110 g
- Grated Parmesan cheese1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- In a bowl, mix the rice, mozzarella, ham, carrots and parsley.
- Place in a refractory greased with margarine.
- In the blender, beat the eggs, milk, cottage cheese, grated cheese, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the rice and bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
