- Cook the chicken breast and shred.
- In a pan, add a spoon of butter. Put the garlic and onion (to taste) to sauté When the butter is already melted, add the chicken and sauté. Reserve.
- Wash the tomatoes and remove the core with the help of a spoon.
- Mix the cheese with the chicken.
- Stuff all the tomatoes with the chicken.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes. When the tomato skin cracks and starts to come off, it's ready.
