- Natural or coconut yogurt1/2 cup
- Grated or chopped apple01 tablespoon
- Chia01 tablespoon
- Milk (whole or chestnut) approx.100 ml
- Fresh fruit to taste
- Dried fruits to taste
- It must be prepared the day before ) I always make it at night to be used the next day.
- In a container, put 01 cup (tea) oats in flakes, 01 teaspoon of chia (optional), the grated or chopped apple, put the milk and add the coconut or natural yogurt. There is a homogeneous mixture.
- The next day, prepare the cups or bowls, place the oatmeal soaked the day before. Per on top put a layer of yogurt, use as a garnish, freshly grated coconut, chopped fresh fruit, dried fruit. Decorate to taste. From this recipe you can make variations, add dried plums, chopped peach and a multitude of fruits that suit your taste.
