- Oats1 cup
- Chia seed2 tablespoon
- Xylitol2 tablespoon
- Soy milk1 cup
- Water1 cup
- Vanilla1 coffee spoon
- Banana1/2 unit(s)
- Cinnamon1 teaspoon
- Yogurt (optional)1 tablespoon
- In an airtight container, add the oats, chia, xylitol, milk, water and vanilla.
- Stir and refrigerate for approximately 8 hours
- Then just serve with the banana, cinnamon and yogurt (as a suggestion)
- You can replace the banana with another fruit of your choice.
